card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we
are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders (except USA), we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 260. On orders less than USD 260, a shipping charge of USD 25 will be applicable. Please note, currently we do not ship to Mauritius.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to
10 business days to deliver a ready order.
Our Venetian Mirrors and Furniture is made-to-order and takes 20 to 25 days for delivery, depending on the design and your location. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from AllHomeLiving.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 3 days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier it at our office situated at address (OPP. KANCHAN ONYX,

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on sale/discount offer is not eligible for a refund
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
- The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during
transit.
The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.

PRODUCT & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All Home Living products are handcrafted by skilled craftsmen. The subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Our products involve hand-blown glass vases and lights by Casamotion, hand-crafted wall mirrors, and traditional quilting. A slight variation in color or shape should not be deemed as a defect.
In addition, we have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
