Terms and Conditions
Clear expectations make a better project. These terms explain how to use our website and what happens when you ask us about a demonstration, product or installation.

About All Home Living and this website
This website is operated by All Home Living LLP, Pune, Maharashtra, India. It introduces our audio, home cinema, automation and lighting services, our Focal and SmartNode Experience Centers, and our planning guides.
These terms concern website use and enquiries. They do not, by themselves, create a product order or installation contract. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
Using the website responsibly
You may browse the site and make a genuine enquiry. To enter a purchase or service agreement, you must be legally able to contract or act through an authorised adult or business representative. Please provide accurate contact and project information.
Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious material, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or use its forms for spam. We may restrict abusive use where necessary to protect the service.
Enquiries and demonstrations
Forms submit your enquiry to the website and display a confirmation when it is saved. A submitted enquiry, reference number or preferred date is not a confirmed booking, acceptance of an order or promise of a response within a fixed period. Our team must separately confirm the appointment or project terms.
Please wait for our team to confirm your appointment and the equipment available for demonstration before travelling. Not every product described in the Journal is necessarily on display, in stock or available in India.
Product information and planning guides
Specifications, finishes, compatibility, availability and manufacturer programmes can change. We aim to keep information useful, but please confirm the exact model and requirements in writing before purchasing. Images may show illustrative environments or manufacturer reference installations; captions identify these where relevant.
Room suggestions, speaker layouts and example systems are starting points, not a site-specific engineering design or a guarantee of sound, coverage or automation performance. Final recommendations depend on the room, acoustics, equipment and agreed scope.
Quotations, prices and project scope
A product or service commitment should be set out in a written quotation or agreement accepted by both parties. It should identify the products, services, quantities, scope, exclusions, applicable GST, payment milestones, delivery assumptions and quotation validity.
Website budget examples are indicative, not binding offers. Unless expressly included in the accepted scope, do not assume that civil work, electrical work, networking, interiors, acoustic treatment or third-party subscriptions are included. Any scope change should be recorded and priced before the additional work starts.
Installation and site coordination
Before installation, agree site access, electrical and network readiness, cable routes, responsibilities of other contractors and the commissioning process. Tell us about constraints or changes that may affect the design or schedule.
Delivery and installation dates need written confirmation and may depend on stock, site readiness and other trades. Material changes or delays should be communicated, with the next steps agreed under the project contract and applicable law.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
This website does not collect online payments. Use only payment details verified with our team and recorded in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Cancellation, rescheduling, returns and refund arrangements must be stated in the accepted quotation or applicable sales policy before you commit. This page does not impose a blanket “no refund” condition or invent a cancellation fee. Special-order goods and completed project work may need specific terms agreed in advance, subject to your legal rights. Contact us promptly if you need to change an agreed order or appointment.
Warranties and ongoing support
Confirm the applicable manufacturer warranty, Indian service arrangements, proof-of-purchase requirements and any installation or workmanship cover in your quotation or warranty documents. Coverage can differ between products and projects.
Maintenance, software updates, subscriptions and remote support are included only where the agreement says so. Manufacturer warranty terms do not remove any non-excludable rights relating to defective goods or deficient services under applicable Indian law.
Images, trademarks and project materials
All Home Living content and design, and the manufacturers’ trademarks, product images and materials shown here, belong to their respective owners or licensors. Browsing does not grant a right to reproduce them for commercial use without the relevant permission.
Only share project drawings, photographs or other materials you are authorised to provide. Sharing them to discuss a project is not permission to publish them as a case study; any public use should be agreed separately.
Third-party services and availability
Maps, videos, social links, manufacturer sites, apps and connected products are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms. Their features or availability may change. References on this website do not make every third-party service part of an All Home Living contract.
We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. If a page, form or link fails, please use our direct phone or email details. Any contractual commitments for supplied goods or work remain governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Responsibility and your consumer rights
Our guides help you explore options; obtain a confirmed project proposal before relying on them for purchasing or building work. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here limits applicable rights or remedies under Indian consumer protection law. A project agreement must be read subject to those rights. If part of these website terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue only so far as the law permits.
Indian law and resolving concerns
Indian law governs these website terms. Please first contact our Pune team with the enquiry or invoice reference, a description of the concern and your preferred resolution so that we can try to resolve it.
For ordinary civil disputes arising from these website terms, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction where legally competent. This does not restrict a consumer’s right to approach a consumer commission or another authority or forum available under applicable law.
