Are Focal Utopia headphones open-back or closed-back?
Utopia is a open-back design. It is best used in a quiet private room because open headphones leak sound and provide little isolation.
Can I use Utopia with a phone or laptop?
Its nominal impedance is 80Ω, but impedance alone does not determine pairing quality. Compare your device with a suitable DAC/headphone amplifier using familiar music.
